Acoustic Imaging Camera

Product Overview
The acoustic imager integrates the functions of acquisition, processing, analysis, display, and recording, and is equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery for ultra-long battery life. The 7-inch screen can clearly view faults, take photos, record fault point information in multiple ways such as video recording, and display the type of partial discharge in real time. PC tools can also generate reports with one click. The acoustic imager is a "partial discharge detection tool" in the power industry, which can help you quickly and accurately locate the partial discharge fault point of the power device. Inspection personnel can repair the fault point in time according to the detection results of the acoustic imager, thereby effectively preventing the damage of power equipment caused by partial discharge, realizing predictive maintenance, and providing guarantee for the normal operation of the power system.
- When partial discharge occurs, the discharge point emits sound waves that radiate to the surrounding area
- The software performs various types of operations on the sound waves to obtain an acoustic image, and the camera outputs a video image.
- Observes the imaging results, locks the discharge location, and evaluates the characteristics and intensity.
- The microphone array captures the acoustic signal, containing information about the location and intensity of the sound source, while the camera captures the visible light picture.
- The acoustic image is overlaid with the video footage to generate an acoustic cloud image.

Principles of Acoustic Imaging
Acoustic imaging technology uses a microphone array to scan and receive spatial sound waves, determine the location of the sound source by the phase difference of the sound waves, and then superimpose optical information to obtain an "acoustic image" on the screen, using the color of the image to indicate the strength of the sound.

PRPD Intelligent recognition
PRPD(PhaseResolvedPartial Discharge):Phase-resolved partial discharge means that each partial discharge pulse with a phase mark is displayed according to the phase. Different types of discharges will show different characteristics in the PRPD spectrum. Based on the PRPD spectrum, the CRY2622 audio and video instrument has added an offline partial discharge type recognition function, which can display the partial discharge type in real time during the inspection process, allowing every customer to become a master of partial discharge fault diagnosis.
